The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, representing clients in various legal proceedings, including but not limited to civil litigation, commercial disputes, and other legal matters. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis of issues related to litigation cases. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal filings. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings. Provide legal advice to clients and communicate effectively on legal strategies and potential outcomes. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing in AZ. 3 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently. Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
