TRAVEL - RN - PICU (645) - Wesley MC - Nights $5 incentive rate for any ASAP start candidates Unit Information: ( PICU/645 ) Location: Wesley Children’s Hospital Address: 550 N Hillside Wichita, KS 67030 Floor:1T Building:4 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Level II Trauma Number of Beds -15 Number of Staff –38 Type of staff: Day Shift –Intensivist, RN, Desk Tech, RT, Dietary, Case Management Night Shift - Intensivist, RN, Desk Tech, RT Patient Ratios –2:1 Type of equipment – General CR Monitoring, CRRT, TPT placements, EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: ( Travel RNs , local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Works well under pressure Great Assessment Skills Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. CRRT Experience APHON List typical procedures performed on unit(s): IV starts, blood draws TPT placement Best personality Fit: Attention to Detail; Docs are willing to train on new skills Works well with a teaching hospital Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
