  • BLS
  • State Licensure as a Registered Nurse
    Job Details
  • Registered Nurse (RN) at Banner University Medical Center. Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays. Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment. Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
    Job Requirements
  • 24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED. Travel experience - Preferred. Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED. No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED.

  • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
    Unit Specific Information
  • All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
    Additional Details
  • Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Cannot exceed 7 days. Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms). Please add vaccination status in the submission notes.
