    Job Requirements
  • American Heart Association certification required.
  • License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
  • Fit Test required.
  • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start date.
  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form signature required.
  • Standard i9 completed by the agency.
  • Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement.
    Schedule Information
  • 4 9's with call
  • 10-12 on call shifts per 6 week schedule
    Additional Details
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Various health and professional certifications are required to be on file.
