Job Description : Mechanical engineering professional, accompanied with better communication and analytical skills, engineering knowledge with preferable experience in Packaging Industry, design, operation & Maintenance. Able to brainstorm and project value added solution to customer for packaging layout and Packing solutions. Leads project teams, selecting appropriate primary and secondary packaging for new and existing packing line. Designs to develop and qualify new packaging systems. Shall Work closely with Quality, Production, and Procurement investigating packaging component issues and documenting. Works with suppliers to develop and write specifications for purchase and approval of all packaging components. Some Experience Project Management. Technical Discussion with client, project execution, Hand in hand work with customer to support day today technical activities. Understanding and capable of executing validation for projects. Technically sound to own and execute all post start up activities Coordination with Contractors and overseeing all construction activities, providing technical guidance. Responsible for all engineering activities related to project assigned. Technical support for Construction activities on field end to end. Responsible for delivery of project on time with zero defects. Documenting the construction related issues and preparation of action plans to resolve issues. Aligning vendor tasks to deliver defect-free installation of the machine. Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering. Makes decisions independently concerning problems within the discipline on the project. Represents the discipline on the project and with the client to resolve technical questions and as required to coordinate work. Prepares and oversees work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget (per client), and manages implementation and performance accordingly. Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations. Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators) and coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval of drawings/documents for different phases of project. Coordinates assigned engineering work with other project groups/disciplines. Provides technical guidance and interfaces with the day-to-day technical work of discipline engineers, designers and drafters, in addition to mentoring them through provision of appropriate on-the-job training. Maintains contacts, as directed, with client representatives, suppliers, appropriate field personnel and other disciplines.
