Printpack's manufacturing plant in Villa Rica, GA is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Laminator Operator.The Laminator Operator is responsible for the overall operation of the Laminator, which includes, but is not limited to:Set up and monitor the machine process to assure quality productEnsure productivity goals are met for department/machine by monitoring run speeds, set up times and coordination of support departmentsTroubleshoot and correct problemsCommunication orally and/or in writing to other departments for resolution of mechanical problems, reporting defective material, coordination of job preparations, change overs and daily shift informationAccurate and timely production reportingTraining new associatesComply with all safety rulesMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious lamination experience is preferredEOE F/M/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disabled/VetPrintpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
