RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Removal of all ceramic from metal castings using manual blast booths, automatic Sandblast machines, and pneumatic shell removal machines, using proper aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide sand at various grits.
• Keep the work area in a clean, orderly and safe working condition.
• Verification of parts to paperwork.
• Record work in AQCS/ Lot Control
• Must be able to learn job specifications that are required by new customers, including existing customers with changes in job specifications
• Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Meet or exceed defined visual acuity
• Must be detail oriented
• Must show ability to follow detailed procedures reliably.
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, push for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs on a continuous basis.
