Wrth Baer Supply is searching for a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in Middletown, OH . Join our growing and dynamic team and help us in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. You will interact with customers when they come to pick up their orders. You will handle customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, respect, professionalism and a high sense of urgency. Salary based on skills & experience.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm ET
PAY: $17.00/HR
Role Responsibilities

• Process orders, locating products, processing returns, on-foot and vehicular order picking
• Rolling and packing 3x3' or 4x4' sheets of thin laminate products into a tube, then plastic wrapping them and boxing them for shipment. This may also include placing longer non-foldable items into shipping tubes and securing them for shipment with necessary dunnage
• Processing outbound orders in LTL shipping area - Fast paced verification of quantities and item condition before loading onto carrier tractor trailers
• Processing inbound delivery receipts - Indicate products on receipt match products delivered, noting damages or quantity discrepancies as needed
• Working in a team environment on a variety of inbound and outbound warehouse duties
• Operating a sit-down forklift and learning to drive other material handling vehicles as needed
• Assist customers with loading their order onto their vehicles
• Assist with general warehouse responsibilities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sit-down forklift experience

Role Characteristics

• Stands for 3 to 4 hours at a time
• Monday-Friday schedule 9:00am-5:30pm
• Overtime is not mandatory, but it is offered to employees on a regular basis
