Job Details Responsibilities: As a Payroll Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: 1. Accurately processing weekly and monthly payroll for all employees in a timely manner. 2. Handling and recording timesheets, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date. 3. Resolving any payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries regarding payroll. 4. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and applying this to the company's payroll process. 5. Assisting with audits and reviews of payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 6. Liaising with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth operation and coordination. 7. Producing reports on payroll activities for management review. 8. Ensuring confidentiality and security of payroll information at all times. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the role of Payroll Administrator will have: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll role, preferably within the construction industry. 2. Proficiency in payroll software and timesheet management. 3. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and legislation. 4. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve queries and interact with staff at all levels. 6. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. 8.
