Job Details Job Details: Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and has experience supporting commercial litigation attorneys in a law firm environment. You will provide critical support to our legal team across various practice areas, ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to our firm's success. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with different aspects of the legal profession, broaden your knowledge base, and enhance your skill set. Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers across various litigation practice areas 2. E-File documents in State and Federal Court 3. Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations. 4. Manage and organize case files, maintain calendars, and schedule appointments and meetings. 5. Coordinate with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. 6. Perform legal research and prepare legal reports as required. 7. Assist in the preparation of court filings and ensure timely submissions. 8. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for attorneys. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal secretary supporting litigation attorneys within a law firm. 2. Proficiency in law firm administrative work is essential. 3. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal document formatting. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal research software. 7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, clients, and external agencies. 8. High level of discretion and confidentiality. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 10. Ability to adapt to changing work environments and practice areas. 11.
