Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest cabins, public areas, and crew quarters onboard the cruise ship
- Change linens and towels, make beds, and restock amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the ship
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
