Job Posting Title: Manager, Order Management
Time Type: Full Time
The Order Management team is responsible for managing the flow of incoming orders, validating purchase orders, verifying accuracy, and resolving inconsistencies. Processes communication across teams internally, external Clients and Shippers.
Accountable for supervising the daily operations of the Plant Management team and managing the activities within defined standards, to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Oversee the workflow, compile reports and audit data quality.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
  • Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately
  • Assist with determining shipping instructions based on contracted terms, SOPs, and delivery requirements
  • Monitor mailboxes and communication flows for swift follow up
  • Run reports to identify data quality errors and implement corrective actions
  • Act as the main point of contact for onboarding new Suppliers
  • Collate data for analytics and dashboard reporting
  • Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with personnel policies

  • Analyze cause of failures and assists with the development and implementation of corrective action plans and training. Review and update SOPs.

  • Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team.
  • Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2yr+ logistics background with good understanding of transportation modes and worldwide locations
  • 1yr+ Supervisor / Team Lead experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel -Pivots)

For this position, the expected base pay is: $78,000 - $117,500 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
