JOB SUMMARY:
The Retail Sales Associate will develop personal relationships with our season
seat members and repeat customers in addition to making an impression on our
first time guests. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing
customer experience and generating sales for all Allen Americans retail
operations. Be a part of the Team behind the Team and work in a fun, exciting
game day environment with the retail team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Greet fans and provide world-class customer service
•Assist fans with buying decisions
•Process purchases through Point of Sale (POS) systems
•Restock retail merchandise on display before, during and after games
•Monitor inventory and theft prevention
•Assist with inventory of merchandise
•Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
•Assist with visual merchandising by creating and maintaining displays
•Provide general customer service
•Attention to detail
•Ability to float between store, customization station, and mobile kiosk as
needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Sales Experience Preferred; Retail Sales Experience Preferred
•Must be 18 years old with high school diploma or GED required
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•Strong verbal communication skills
•Professional appearance and presentation
•Ability to learn and retain inventory knowledge so that you will be able to
assist guests looking for certain products and utilize knowledge to up sell
retail products
•Outgoing personality and desire to provide world-class plus service to fans
•Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
•Exceptional accuracy when using Point of Sale (POS) systems
•Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time and the
ability to lift up to 40 pounds
