Keys to Success in this Role: - A minimum of 1 year experience of Optical Sales
- Greet patients professionally
- Answer phones promptly and take messages as needed
- Accurately post charges
- Keep up with daily filing
- Assist supervisor in bill processing
- Perform incidental duties as needed
Job Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong team player
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must be willing to work at both the Tampa and Land O'Lakes locations
Physical and Mental Demands: - Normal physical ability; must be able to get up and down frequently to assist patients
- Normal concentration and normal complexity of decision making
- Normal level verbal and written communication skills
- Average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
