What You'll Do:

• Keep Us Clean & Safe : Follow and complete daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation schedules to maintain a spotless, food-safe facility.
• Operate & Excel: Run sanitation systems and equipment like a pro! We'll train you on the equipment and ensure you're confident and capable.
• Document with Detail: Accurately record your work and keep up with required testing to ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work alongside team members from all departments and help us sustain a supportive, high-energy work environment.
• Contribute to a Safe Workplace: Maintain a well-organized workspace and be proactive in helping others work safely and effectively.

• Experience & Enthusiasm: Ideally, you have at least 6 months of experience in food manufacturing sanitation, but we're willing to train those with a great attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Math Whiz: Basic math skills are needed (weight and volume measurements), plus a keen eye for detail.
• Multi-Tasking Pro: Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm, focused, and effective-even under pressure.
• Positive Communicator: Must be able to read, understand, and follow English-language policies and procedures and communicate effectively with the team.

• Fast paced manufacturing plant.
• The environment may be loud, wet, or dry.
• PPE provided and required
• The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand and climb; bend and twist; see, hear and talk; use hands to finger, handle or feel tool, controls or products; use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry tools or products.
• Frequently lifting/moving up to 50lbs is also required. Occasional lifting/transferring of objects may be required with assistance up to 75 lbs. Occasionally pushing/pulling with assistance up to 100 lbs.
