JOB SUMMARY This position will assist in providing and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment to help achieve this goal.Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES - Keep the break area neat and clean at all times
- Keep all restrooms clean, sanitized, and restocked at all times
- Scrub areas according to schedule, striving to maintain the floors throughout the warehouse in a clean condition
- Sweep floors with the LP Sweeper
- Must pick up the outside areas as directed
- Empty trashcans from offices
- Cobweb from the ground or use a ground lift when necessary
- Develop a sense of pride and ownership with regards to your duties
- Adhere to Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP's and safety
- Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the warehouse
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE •High School Diploma
•General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS •Sitting- to complete a task at lower levels

- Must be able to use both hands and arms for periods of two hours (Mop and Sweep)
- Must be able to work inside or outside
- Must be able to work general technician stations for short periods
- Must be able to perform basic preventative maintenance on the scrubber
o(i.e. Changing the squeegee blade and charging the battery)
- Be able to work a flexible work schedule
•Carry fan from break room into hall, 25 pounds
•Lift trash bags into cart, up to 10 pounds
•Carry bags of trash from break room to the cart, up to 10 pounds
•Push bin/cart of trash to compactor, force required to push bin is minimal
JOB COMPETENCIES Other •Responsible for monitoring, record keeping and taking appropriate actions for specific Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan and pre requisite program requirements.
•Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
