ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Batch paperwork by aisle for supply to the steel shop (wood shop is batched by scheduler)Pull doors, inserts and lites after scanning work order with a hand-held scannerStage material in the correct order to supply the shop - inserts on cart to match the order of the doorsAssure constant production flow by stacking material appropriatelyMake inventory adjustments when indicatedCommunicate constantly with the production scheduler, shop supervisor and department manager to assure continuing production in the shopConduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standardsMeet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as pulledAssure proper housekeeping and organization on the receiving dockStrive to meet team efficiencies for items pulled without compromising accuracyUse of forklift and order picker requiredAssist production personnel to remove an RTV or damaged door and replace with a new doorAssist receiving and/or order pullers when necessaryPerform other duties as assignedPerks of working at Reeb Millwork:Competitive Pay Schedule: Monday to ThursdayQuarterly Bonus (Eligible Day 1)Comprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental, VisionCompany-Paid Life Insurance & Disability401(k) with Employer matchPaid Vacation & HolidaysWe are proud to have the best team in our industry.
