This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about science and technology, and who has a proven track record in managing complex projects in this field. With a focus on injection molding and plastics, this role will require you to leverage your expertise to drive project success. If you are a strategic thinker, with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the IATF standards, APQP process, AIAG requirements and Six Sigma methodology, then we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage projects related to injection molding and plastics, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards. 2. Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. 3. Ensure compliance with IATF standards, APQP process, and AIAG requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Implement and utilize Six Sigma methodologies to improve project performance and efficiency. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure project objectives are met. 6. Manage stakeholder relationships, including communicating project status and issues regularly. 7. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff. 8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process and product improvements. 9. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an advantage. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the scientific industry, with a focus on injection molding and plastics. 3. Proven experience with IATF standards, APQP process, AIAG requirements, and Six Sigma methodology. 4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 7. Proficiency in project management software tools. 8. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. 9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines. 10.
