- Active PA State License Required (willing to accept providers needing to obtain a license)

- Must be Board Certified

- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS

- Minimum # Years Experience: 5

- Coverage Need: Mon 7a - Mon 7a; 24 hour Call coverage for 3 hospitals within a 10 mile radius.

- Patient Mix: 95% Adult 5% Peds

-Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
