General Description
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Assist customer service with order entry in Pointman
- Assist customer service with customer data packages
- Assist customer service with completing order packages and filing
- Perform invoicing for SGA & Mount Hope
- Enter invoices into customer based accounting portals.
- Handle customer/vendor arrivals to the front office.
- Assist accounting with filing AP and other accounting files.
- Learn AP & Purchasing process as a backup.
- Assist in other areas as need to create a better flow of administrative duties.
- Other duties will be added as she gets more familiar with our business.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - Education: Associates Degree beneficial, but not required.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience.
- Languages: English
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must have strong attention to details
- Good organizational skills
