  • Coverage Required: 12-16-2024 - Ongoing
  • Schedule: On-site clinical hours only
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
  • License: An active Missouri state license is required
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, and trauma level 2, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. All shifts are 7-4:30pm 3 days per week, Dec- July 2025. There's an average of 15 patients per shift.
