  • Job Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
  • Coverage Required: 01-01-2025 - Ongoing
  • Schedule: On-site clinical hours and calls if needed
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days if clean file
  • License: An active Washington state license is required
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, and trauma level 3, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. The site is looking to add providers to their pool. Coverage will be starting 1/1/2025, ongoing 3-5 days a month as needed.There's an average of 3-5 patients pe rshift.
