The Westover Hills Wellness Center is part of a pioneering health system that is redefining the patient experience. Their clinics are designed around advanced preventative primary care, wellness programs, care navigation, and education.The on-site clinics at Westover Hills offer an exceptional level of workplace wellness, providing best-in-class care in an environment that allows physicians and nurses to spend ample time with patients, facilitating better clinical outcomes. Health by Design transforms health and wellness through engaging, patient-centered care. By meeting patients where they are, listening to their needs, and assessing the whole person, they co-create plans for improved health and a positive outlook on life.

Primary Care
• Start Date: ASAP, ongoing
• Credentials: 2-4 weeks (with 1 week virtual orientation prior to start - Paid)

Schedule:
• Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Patient Population: Pediatric and adult patients

Care Model:
• Value-based care model with 30-minute appointment times
• Low patient volume
• Focus on clinical outcomes and preventative care

Additional Details:

• No late clinics (time built into the day for administration/charting)
• No after-hours charting
• No on-call duties
• 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) on site
• EMR: EClinical Works and Elation

Requirements:
• Local candidates highly preferred but not required
• Clean malpractice record
• Board Certified (BC) or Turly Board Eligible (BE) only
