Salary Range : $100,000 - $125,000 / year DOE
Senior Client Service Associate Requirements :

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management or similar fields
• Active Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses
• Experience managing high-net-worth client relationships (average net worth around $500K+)
• Preferred experience with Schwab and platforms like E-Money, Wealthbox, and Orion
• CFP or registered status is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and teamwork orientation

• Segment and manage a client book of approximately 250 accounts, focusing on high-net-worth clients
• Onboard new clients, handle asset transfers, and ensure seamless client communication
• Schedule appointments for advisors, troubleshoot client issues, and support client strategy sessions
• Collaborate with Financial Planning and Client Service Associates to ensure top-tier client service
• Engage in operational tasks, including asset management and client onboarding
