Starter Operator - Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm The Starter Operator is responsible for bulk blending and pasteurizing of various starter medias and cheese ingredients. Cheddar Operator - Monday - Friday - 6am - 3pm Cheddar Operator is responsible for packaging our cheddar product. Conversion Operator - Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm Our conversion operator is in charge of working on Feta Line. What you need to join our team: Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. This facility produces award-winning feta and aged cheddar cheese, as well as lactose and reduced lactose whey.
