Locums - Flagstaff, Arizona, Anesthesiology Job (Willing to License)Clinical Role:

    • Available Shifts 2024:
      • Nov 5, 6, 7 - current only
      • Nov 19 - 21- current only
      • Nov 25 - 27
      • Dec 23 - 24
      • Dec 26 - 27
      • Dec 31
    • Available Shifts 2025:
      • Jan 2 - 3
      • Feb 25 - 28
      • Mar 18 - 21
    • 7a - 7p shifts
    • Support Staff: CRNAs
    • Patients per day: 50 - 60
    • Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day - this will not be a locum
    • EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
    • Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
    • Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
    • Practice Setting:
      • Hospital
      • Ambulatory Surgery Center
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
    • Active AZ License - Required or IMLC (Willing to License)
    • ACLS, PALS - Required
