Novant Health seeks a board-certified/board-qualified Electrophysiologist for an opportunity in the growing Hilton Head Island area of coastal South Carolina. Work alongside a solid network of local providers and specialists in cardiology, orthopedics, pulmonology, neurology, general and cardiovascular surgery who practice at two top-quality Hilton Head Regional Healthcare Network hospitals. These hospitals feature advances services such as open-heart surgery, specialized surgical orthopedics, and minimally invasive cardiac, urology, obstetrics/gynecology, and general surgery.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Full-time, employed Electrophysiology opportunity to join 3 interventional cardiologists, 2 non-invasive cardiologists, and 2 physician assistants
- Cardiac Cath Lab
- Coronary and peripheral diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, including 24x7 STEMI coverage
- EP Lab to support catheter ablation (CARDO) and device implementation
- Cardiovascular imaging such as echo, PVRs, carotids, arterial duplex, exercise and dobutamine stress testing

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be BC/BE with ABMS specialty board
- South Carolina licenses or eligible to obtain licensure in South Carolina

QualificationsEducation:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- Completion of an accredited residency program required
- For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD license in appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
