• Hybrid position - Remote & Onsite weekday and weekend 8a-5p
• No call required
• Also needed - coverage for 2 other shifts: evening 2p-11p OR 4p-12a, and overnight 10p-7a

• Trauma level 1

Requirements

• Prefer Neuro CAQ'd
• Board Certified
• Active IN license or IMLC
