No How Many Physicians in Your Group? 1 Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Submission Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Palliative Care, Hospice, Neurology, Physiatry, even Internal Med or Critical care with experience in ALS. - Required
- NY License - Required
- BLS/ACLS - Required
