Primary Care Physician $6000/week
Join the team as A family Physician in Nowata OK
This a M-F 8am-5pm with options of 10hour days

This position can be Temp to Perm starting with a 13 week contract. If you desire at that time to go Permanent, the offer would be open.

- Experience: The Physician need at least two (2) years of experience and hold BLS/ACLS and PALS or obtain them before the Physician starts. Let me know if there are less than two (2) years, and it will still be considered.

- Malpractice: The Physician can not have anything under their malpractice for the last ten (10) years. If so, let us know, and the we will review, depending on the circumstances.

- License: The Physician can hold any state license We do prefer local but will consider all state applicants.

- Pay: is 1099 all-inclusive from $5,000 - $6,000 per week based on 40 hours per week, and the physician will pay for their housing and transportation to and from the assignment if not local.

- Schedule/Hours: M-F 8-5 for 40 hour work week and they will also move to 4-10's in April

- Important info: The rate is all-inclusive, and we do not bill separately for housing, car rentals, or flights.

- Population and Services: all ages from adolescents to Adults: This is an outpatient health center offering primary care and behavioral health care. The center offers a variety of services and programs. In addition to Primary Health they also have Providers for mental health and substance abuse services, community prevention, research, and evaluation. Outpatient services include individual and group therapy, grief and trauma counseling, substance abuse counseling, relapse prevention parenting skills for disorders of childhood, psychiatry, psychological testing, and crisis intervention. Offering primary care and behavioral health care.
