Job Description
  • Work Dates Needed: Every Saturday OR 3 Saturdays a month
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
  • Scope of Work: Physicals only - DARS (Dept of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services/ Disability exams
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: LA license. Cannot work for any State or Federal facilities - VA (DADS as an example, it is a conflict of interest)
  • EMR: paper charts - dictation
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $90-95/hr.
