Apply Now The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to provide support to customers and distributors who contact us regarding Fluke products. This position on the front lines in resolving customer inquiries as well as directing them to the right place to get the help they need. This role is part of the Customer Care team and is looking for a candidate with great listening skills and can communicate effectively over the phone and in writing. Primary responsibilities includes : Basic identification of Fluke Brands and Supporting Teams to provide skilled transfers. Coordinates internal questions, concerns, issues, and processes with appropriate internal organizations. Heavy phones & emails working in Five 9 Cloud phone and Zendesk ticketing system. Approx 75 calls per day. Approx 30-50 emails per day. Providing verbal & written support to distributors & end users on contracts, quotes & orders, including price, minimums, standard packs, product availability, order status, tracking information & shipping policies. Recognize potential order problems & help navigate to solution. Assisting customers in navigation of the Fluke External web - Accessory store, where to buy, manuals & service support. Providing RMA & Distributor Stock Rotation guidelines. Service Calls, including basic calibration & Repair quotations & Status updates Act as information source on customer service issues to customers including answering non-technical questions regarding products, warranties & Services. Requirements: 2 years related Customer Service Experience including call Center, Quoting, status updates Strong constitution and even positive temperament Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to learn quickly Excellent verbal & written communication skills Good computer skills with focus on Basic Word & Excel Knowledge Customer facing background including phone support Works well alone or with a team environment Strong attention to detail Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision using established policies, guidelines, written & verbal procedures, and instructions. Able to maintain punctual and consistent attendance. Able to sit in a workstation facing a computer for extended periods of time Prior experience with Oracle a plus Shift: Monday-Friday: 6:00AM - 2:30pm What's in this for you?
