Essential Job DutiesCoordinate and expedite the flow of donated goods between the processing, storage, dock areas and salvage.Assist team in providing required materials for production.Process and control inventory following established procedures.Load and unload tractor trailers with donated goods.Operate a baler, and lift tables in accordance with OSHA and LLGI standards.Perform janitorial duties.Maintain clean and organized work area including assisting with trash and salvage removal.Participates in required training.Effectively manage time to ensure that work is completed.Contributes to team success by involving others in work processes, decisions and actions.Monitors and recognizes security risks and thefts and assists in their prevention.Ensure that the customers perspective is a driving force behind customer satisfaction Seek to understand the customers circumstances, problems, expectations and needs Identify customer service issues and create solutions Build customer awareness around our missionIdentify and correct conditions that affect employee and customer safety.
