The BDC Customer Care Specialist at South Shore Nissan plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively assist customers with inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

n- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
n- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
n- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a tactful and efficient manner
n- Update and maintain customer accounts and databases with accurate and detailed information
n- Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient follow-up
n- Provide administrative support to the sales and service departments as needed
