Duration: 13 weeks Shift : Day Shift - 8 Hours Shift-Shift -(4 Evenings, 4 Nights) Job description: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Mandatory licenses and Certifications -All required prior to assignment start date Assignment Information: - Client/LA County- Los Angeles General Medical Center is currently in need of Certified Nursing Attendants (CNA) with a minimum of one (1) year of inpatient experience as a certified nursing attendant, providing care to patients throughout all life-stages in a variety of settings, such as who are physically ill, disabled, convalescent or geriatric.
- CNAs will provide care as delegated by the registered nurse or other healthcare professional in accordance with the legal scope of practice, and within established policies and procedures.
- They will assist in providing care consistent with allowing patients to attain or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Must work every other weekend and holidays. Required certifications include active certification as a Nursing Attendant, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations.
