Responsibilities n
n- nProvide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eatingn
n- nHelp clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulationn
n- nHelp with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)n
n- nAssist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercisesn
n- nComplete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do son
n- nPerform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidentsn
n- nAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyn
n- nOffer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessaryn
n

Qualifications n
n- nEnjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skillsn
n- nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related dutiesn
n- nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single dayn
n- nValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannern
n- nAvailable to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekendsn
n- nPrior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)n
n- nWillingness to enforce health and safety standardsn
n- nSupportive and compassionaten
n- nHigh School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Programn
n- nTake pride in providing high quality caren
n- nHoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)n
