McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from our distribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay and benefits.

- Pay Rate: Up to $65,000 to $80,000 avg 1st year for qualified candidates depending on experience.
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 for road ready drivers.
- 3rd shift position. Dispatch between 6 pm to 4 am. Routes are between 14 to 24 hours.
- Team driving and 100% touch freight
- Training available to drivers with a commercial license who need more road time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
- At least 6 months of experience required.
- Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
