TITLE: Non-CDL Delivery Driver DIVISION: Transportation
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt/Hourly

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position requires a person to be dependable, focused on safety and requires a person to be flexible and cooperative. As a Driver you will be driving approximately 130 miles per day delivering to multiple locations.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure that Safety is the #1 focus within the operation
  • Safe Operation of Vehicles
  • Prompt and Accurate delivery to customers
  • Delivery with Pallet jacks and Hand trucks
  • Breakdown pallets as needed, touch freight
  • Accurately and efficiently deliver order
  • Accurately get daily driver logs using an ELD
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Non-CDL Driver's License
  • Clean MVR
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations
  • Commitment to working as a team member for the benefit of the organization
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Ability to frequently lift 15-55 ponds
  • Work on your feet for extended periods of time

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1-year of recent delivery driving experience preferred
High School Diploma
Route Management experience a plus
