TOGETHER WE WIN®nnTHE OPPORTUNITYnnResponsible for performing monitoring duties related to records and collateral tracking of commercial, consumer and mortgage loans including control and storage of all paper and electronic loan files and documents. Primary area of responsibility includes, but is not limited to, management and monitoring of collateral related insurance, impounds and escrows and flood monitoring. Provides support in maintaining loan documentation and files, loan document processing and retrieval, processing subpoenas and collateral control and management.
