As the CarePartner (CNA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Providingassistance to assigned residents with the activities of daily living
- Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
- Documenting,on a daily basis asto resident assistance activities
- Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment
- Maintain a safeworking environment and adhering to facility safety program at all time s
The ideal candidate willpossess the following:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Mustbe certified (CNA or HHA)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%
- Abilityto exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
