Expand business with current clients, including through referrals to trusted colleagues, with the goal of earning 100% of the client's business.nnProvide "fast, easy, and personal" service consistent with Company standards, including resolving problems, building relationships, and handling special requests.nnActively demonstrate digital expertise by using our digital platforms and educating clients about our digital products. This includes online banking, bill pay, mobile banking app, ATM/ITM's, and online chat features.nnConduct operational tasks for servicing clients, and ensuring accuracy and compliance to company policies, bank regulations and department procedures.nnProtect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.nnUnderstand, communicate, and instill the Company's mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).nnComplete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.nnWorking at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.nnOther specified duties as assigned.nnThe Personal Banker position pays a minimum of $16.50. In addition to the content above, this involves frequent, sustained periods of sitting but also frequent sustained periods of standing. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad.
