Home Health Aide
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •

• Ensures that resident is neat, clean and properly clothed. Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene and grooming needs.
• Tidy apartment, proactively assessing potential safety concerns and reporting appropriately.
• Reminds residents to take medication.
• Encourage residents to take part in meal time.
• Provide one on one support when needed to engage residents in activities or providing a quiet space to calm residents when needed.
• *Applies "5 Star" customer service approach and commitment in all aspects of job with an emphasis on continued improvement.
