Scott Waste is looking for a safety-conscious CDL Driver - Helper to join our team in Bowling Green, Kentucky.nnOur priority is to make sure we hire safe drivers that care about the service provided to the community. As a driver with us the minimum responsibilities are:nnSafely operating a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste.nnReading route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.nnPerforming routine post and pre route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.nnHaving professional and courteous interactions with our customers when needed.nnPerform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.nnRide on garbage truck to assist the Driver service customers - will load refuse bags and bring containers to the truck for proper disposal.nnDirecting the truck driver when backingnnAssisting with vehicle maintenancennOther job related duties as assigned.
