    Job Details
  • Position is 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient.
  • Plans and implements specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy.
  • Evaluate patients and establish a written plan of treatment with short, and long term goals.
  • Keep appropriate documentation records, ie: daily logs, progress notes, discharge notes, etc.
  • Maintain open lines of communication within department, between departments and with the physicians.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have current, active Montana licensure.
    Unit Specific Information
  • The position is in Rehabilitation Therapy.
  • The role involves working both outpatient (80%) and inpatient (20%) settings.
