    Certification Details
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, EFM required for specific units.
  • National Certification/Verification as applicable by Profession and State required.
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • NIH Stroke Certification required for all RNs working in specified specialties from 10/14/2024.
  • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required within 12 months start from 4/14/24.
  • Color Blind Testing Online required for starts on/after 1/16/24.
    Job Details
  • Submission requirements - Cover sheet, Resume and Primary Source, Skills Checklist.
  • Full Time, 3 shifts per week.
  • Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in NICU.
  • Resource must be able to work every other weekend.
  • COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY.
  • All resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
  • No holiday RTO.
  • No RTO the day before or after a holiday.
    Schedule Information
  • 3 shifts per week.
  • Must be able to work every other weekend.
    Unit Specific Information
  • NICU experience required.
  • Mandatory floating as per facility requirements.
    Additional Details
  • Government-Issued photo ID required.
  • Physical Exam within 12 months start, and updated annually.
  • Fit Mask required annually.
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years, or Signed Declination.
  • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 12 months start, and updated annually.
  • 2 MMR Vaccines or Positive Titer.
  • 2 Varicella Vaccines or Positive Titer.
  • Hepatitis B Series, Titer, or Signed Declination.
  • 9 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start, and updated annually.
  • Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation required for specific seasons.
  • COVID primary vaccine(s) required, Booster preferred.
