Certification Details BLS ARRT Certified CT Technologist (CT) State licensure (NE State License) Job Details Specialty: CT - 6610 Radiology Contract Length: 13 weeks Job Requirements ARRT Certification BLS Certification Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification NE State License Must have CT and operating room experience 1 year of CT experience in a stroke facility preferred but not required Comfortable with performing neuro procedures preferred but not required Experience with certain systems, equipment and charting preferred Schedule Information Shifts & Scheduling: Variable Mon-Fri, often 12-hour shifts; may include 7-7 or 8-8 on nights, Day shifts 6am-4pm, 7am-5pm, 10am-8pm, Weekends only 7-7 Weekend Requirements: In rotation, frequency varies based on staffing Holiday Requirements: Work holidays on rotation, accommodations may be made On Call or Standby requirement with 30 minutes response time Unit Specific Information Need to have both CT and X-ray certification if covering weekends, evenings, and nights Number of scanners/rooms: One main CT scanner, backup PET CT scanner, X-ray outpatient and fluoro room Typically two rad techs in surgery every day Scrub Color/Dress Code: Black Additional Details Dosimeter badges not provided Float/Cover Areas: Outpatient, inpatient, ER, x-rays, surgery rotation Need to be clean and tidy at work Orientation includes training for various departments with assigned different areas to orient
