The Lead hand will be responsible for the direction and coordination of a team of workers to meet mixing requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities will include training of staff in mixing methods, safety, policies and procedures- Oversee the operation of mixing department in the food processing plant.-Manage the mixing process for cookie dough production lines with a hand–on approach.-Identify temporary labor requirement and inform the Supervisor to make the arrangements.-Organize breaks in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.-Assign different tasks to team members and ensure maximum utilization of all available resources
