We are a Burlington dental office focused on a holistic, wellness-based approach to care!A friendly, people-oriented and established practice is looking for a dental assistant for 5 days a week. The person should be amiable, detail-oriented, confident and have good communication skills in English. The person needs to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment.We provide empathetic care through advanced and modern equipment in a new facility with a cozy and homelike environment. Our hours do not encompass evenings; other than weekdays, we are open only one Saturday per month. The team is close-knit and welcoming, and we are excited to have you join it!

Position Overview:There is potential to become an office manager or treatment coordinator.Training and continuing education will be provided to the candidate we feel would be the best fit.

Job Details:Full-time or part-time for up to 5 days per week on weekdays, with evenings until 6:00 pm. Optional: one Saturday a month until 2:00 pm.Your duties include preparing and disinfecting the operatories, assisting the dentist in providing treatments, reprocessing and sterilizing instruments and equipment, controlling inventory, opening and closing protocols, and supporting the reception desk in booking appointments.Salary is competitive, and we will provide bonus pay for good performance.Part-time to full-time position.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $19.00-$32 per hourExpected hours: No less than 35 per weekAdditional pay: Christmas bonus, uniform allowances and continuing education
