Job Duties :Cleaning motel rooms, cottages, and other company facilitiesretail spaces, offices, storage areas & laundry roomsVacuum, sweep and mop floors, wash windows, and dustSanitize high touch surfacesChange bedding and towels linensRestock consumablesEmpty trash and recycling receptacles and replace linersLaundry including spot treating stains and foldingIdentify and report any maintenance or repair issuesAssist in the orientation and training of new staffAssist with waste management and sustainability objectivesPerform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications :Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner (asset)Knowledge of the English language is required

Working Conditions :5 to 6 shifts per week6-10 hours per shiftNo shifts start before 8:00am or finish after 6:00 pm½ hour unpaid lunch breakFrequent exposure to noise and a regular flow of peopleExposure to cleaning products and soiled linensUniform must be purchased and worn at all times on shift
