My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of financial experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.
I am looking for a Commercial Agreements Technician for my client, a company in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a permanent position in Boucherville in hybrid mode.

* Preparation/analysis of professional allowances paid to pharmacies and corporate partners;
* Maintaining the register of professional allowance rates for the different banners;
* Calculation of profit margins by product;
* Assist in the preparation and submission of calls for tenders;
* Work closely with the sales team and assist them with analyzes and special reports;
* Analyze the cost prices and the various costs linked to product expenses;
* Calculation of quarterly commissions to representatives;
* Assist the manager and the finance director in their responsibilities and special reports;
* Perform ad hoc analyzes or any other related tasks.

* DEC in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent;
* Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
* Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - advanced level
* Demonstrate autonomy, initiative and rigor;
* Ability to manage priorities;
* Availability/flexibility;
* Problem solving skills as well as internal customer service orientation;
* Tact, diplomacy and ability to interact with different hierarchical levels.
* Bilingualism required (French and English) due to communications with our international suppliers as well as external customers in all provinces of Canada.
